OEM Module Racks

Kerapore provides standardized, pre-assembled racks with UF membranes, fully pre-assembled and functionally tested for submerged filtration.

Only robust components of the highest quality are selected in order to ensure a high operability and durability. Our MEMSUB membrane modules for submerged filtration consist of durable module housings made of stainless steel and replaceable membrane elements. In the membrane elements our tubular membranes are arranged vertically with external applied membrane coating and on the other end casted in a permeate collector. The permeate collectors have ventilation slits to achieve a reliable flow of the air/sludge mixture. The membrane modules can be supplied in a round or square configuration. The upper end of the tubular membrane is closed individually and the membrane caps can move freely. Blocking the membranes with fibers and sludge can thus be reliably avoided.
